These Terms of Service govern the use of the Legend of Korea service ("Service") operated by Clouds with you ("Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
• "Service": all online services provided by the Company, including travel course pass purchases, journey course experiences, mission quests, and community features • "User": any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service • "Member": a person who has completed membership registration • "Sky Juice": virtual points earned through service activities, used for rank-up rewards and coupon exchange
① Users must be at least 14 years of age to register. ② Users may not transfer or share their account with third parties. ③ The Company may modify or terminate service content with prior notice. ④ Fees: Each course pass costs KRW 5,000 (valid for 90 days after payment, no auto-renewal). The amount shown on the product page is charged via Toss Payments. ⑤ Cancellation: Under applicable e-commerce law, users may cancel and receive a full refund within 7 days of payment provided the course has not yet been started. Once a course has been started (mission completion, Sky Juice accrual, etc.), cancellation may be restricted. ⑥ Sky Juice is non-refundable and may only be used within the Service. Any remaining Sky Juice is forfeited upon account deletion.
① The Service is provided on the premise that members are aged 14 or older. ② If a child under 14 registers without parental consent, the Company will immediately suspend the account and destroy the personal data upon discovery. ③ However, this does not apply when parental consent has been obtained through the designated procedure. ④ Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at registration.
The Company protects user personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and available as a separate page within the Service.
① All Service content (text, images, course information, mission content, travel course curation, food-matching data, etc.) is owned by the Company or respective rights holders. ② Users may not reproduce, distribute, sell, edit, or create derivative works from Service content without prior written consent. ③ Posts submitted by users (community posts, photos, etc.) remain the user's property, but users grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for service improvement and promotion.
① The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, server failures, etc.). ② The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties. ③ The Company is not responsible for the content or reliability of external sites linked from the Service. ④ The Company's liability for damages caused by its fault shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the relevant service.
① Disputes arising from use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Company and the user. ② If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the Consumer Dispute Mediation Committee or a competent court. ③ These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
These Terms are effective as of April 24, 2026.
